• This is preorder fabric and turn around times are 8-10 weeks from the end of the preorder term.
• Preorder terms are the first to last day of the month.

Mockups are for reference and not scaled 100% accurately.
Colours may appear differently on the fabric to your screen. We try to match the colours as closely as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect match.

Standard: flat rate shipping fee of $14
Express: flat rate shipping fee of $24
New Zealand:
Standard: flat rate shipping fee of $25 AUD

Standard: flat rate shipping fee of $50 AUD
EU & Rest of the World:

Only full priced items may be eligible for returns and refunds, unless there is a fault.
Non Refundable Pre Order Fabric
Please ensure you double (and then triple!) check your orders before purchasing.
We have a 30-day returns policy on change of mind purchases. In this case you will receive a store credit one the fabric has been returned at the cost of the buyer, and inspected for any damages. If there is any damage to the fabric, no store credit will be given.
The printing of custom designed fabric is quite a complex process so you may come across a fault occasionally. Our fabrics are checked multiple times throughout the process, but the odd fault may get missed. Please check your orders thoroughly when they arrive. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to you to report any fault in your fabric. If you do receive fabric that has a fault, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your options.
Alternatively, if you are no longer wanting to use the fabric you have purchased, you can post a destash ad on our private FB community.
Faulty, Damaged or Lost Items
If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging, as well as photographing the damaged product inside and email photographs to hey@thecolourcollab.com.au with your concerns.
The Colour Collab will not be held responsible for items proven lost in transit or stolen after delivery. Please get in touch if you would like us to lodge a complaint or inquiry through Australia Post.

When placing a pre-order for an item please note that if you order an item that is available on pre-order along with other items in the same transaction they will all be shipped in full when the last pre-order item arrives.
If you require delivery of other items sooner please place a separate order.
