Non Refundable Pre Order Fabric
Please ensure you double (and then triple!) check your orders before purchasing.
We have a 30-day returns policy on change of mind purchases. In this case you will receive a store credit one the fabric has been returned at the cost of the buyer, and inspected for any damages. If there is any damage to the fabric, no store credit will be given.
The printing of custom designed fabric is quite a complex process so you may come across a fault occasionally. Our fabrics are checked multiple times throughout the process, but the odd fault may get missed. Please check your orders thoroughly when they arrive. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to you to report any fault in your fabric. If you do receive fabric that has a fault, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your options.
Alternatively, if you are no longer wanting to use the fabric you have purchased, you can post a destash ad on our private FB community.
Faulty, Damaged or Lost Items
If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging, as well as photographing the damaged product inside and email photographs to hey@thecolourcollab.com.au with your concerns.
The Colour Collab will not be held responsible for items proven lost in transit or stolen after delivery. Please get in touch if you would like us to lodge a complaint or inquiry through Australia Post.
