Carly B made a party dress from my Midnight Blooms collection!

I am beyond thrilled to be able to introduce the most perfect and my literal dream for a FIRST collaboration for The Colour Collab; the whimsical, wonderful and most importantly COLOURFUL; Carly B! This wonderful human, is a self-taught creative from Brisbane who has grown her small business of all things sewing, crocheting and textiles from its origin, grassroot days during the still Covid times (remember that? To be honest, you can’t really forget it) to now a thriving community, tuning in to observe all her crazy creative adventures on YouTube and other social platforms.  It is such a privilege and kinda insane to go from someone who enjoyed her content and, like others, was positively impacted by her creative endeavors, to now, being able to collaborate with her and unite both our passions of spreading colour, fun and authenticity through fabric. Watch this video to witness how Carly B manages to take our Preorder Fabric Print Collection: Midnight Blooms and turns the WHOLE 22 print collection into the most magical and stupendously stunning patchworked party dress. Carly B’s customized fabric choice was for the whole collection from plaids to florals to checkers to be in the Mini fabric scale and on a Cotton poplin fabric base. And wow did she do an incredible job at incorporating the dark, cozy, autumnal colour way and perfectly blending them together in a way which made every print stand out.
